If your team is on the Business, Business Plus or Enterprise plans, a team wide Virtual Space will be available.

The Virtual Space provides a meeting space that is easy to access for everyone with all meeting documents and space layouts saved for future sessions.

You can join your team's Virtual Space from your dashboard by selecting the 'Join Space' button.

Before joining the Virtual Space, you can also configure the spaces so your the layout suits the type of meeting you are planning to run.
