During a meeting, you have multiple ways of giving a participant or presentation the centre of attention.

You can focus on a specific participant's video tile by hovering over their tile and selecting the 'Focus tile' button that appears. This will enlarge the participant's video for easier viewing.

To give a participant your entire attention, you can choose to full screen their video tile by selecting the 'Enter fullscreen' button that appears when hovering over their tile.

You can also bring key participants into a new window so they stay on your screen even when you open an application or browser tab.
