How to take snapshots of important information in KYZON Space

During presentations or information dense meetings, sometimes pictures express the shared ideas better than words when taking Notes.
In fast paced meetings, to reduce the risk of missing the screenshot, you can take snapshots that save directly to your KYZON Flow without opening another app.
Taking snapshots
1. Select the 'Take a snapshot' button from the bottom meeting buttons.
2. A preview of your snapshot will be show at the bottom left corner of your meeting near the 'Documents' button.
3. Snapshots taken during meetings will automatically be saved to your KYZON Flow if you are logged in. For guests, they will be able to download their Snapshots and Notes at the end of the meeting after selecting the 'Leave' button.
