How to schedule your next KYZON Space meetings

You can schedule a new Space meeting from the Dashboard, in the KYZON Space application or in KYZON Flow application. 

Dashboard

To schedule a Space meeting in the Dashboard, simply select the '+ New' button next under the Quick Access > Space section of your Dashboard.

KYZON Space

1. To schedule a meeting in the Space application, simply select the 'Schedule meeting' button.

2. Then you enter the meeting information and participant details, followed by selecting the 'Schedule' button to send the invite to all participants.

KYZON Flow

1. To schedule a meeting in the Flow application, simply select the 'Meetings' section on the left sidebar then select the 'Schedule' button.

2. Then you enter the meeting information and participant details, followed by selecting the 'Schedule' button to send the invite to all participants.

Recurring Meetings

To schedule a recurring meeting, simply check the 'Recurring meeting' checkbox when you schedule a meeting. You can set the meeting to recur either daily, weekly, monthly, annually or in a custom date arrangement.
