You can upload or create new files and folders to be stored in either Team Files or My Files, depending on whether you want to share them with your team or keep them in your own file storage.

Team Files and My Files

There are two separate storage locations for files and folders: Team Files and My Files.

Team Files are shared with your team, while My Files are private and accessible only to you. These two areas function independently, even if you’re the only user - in that case, your “team” simply consists of just you.

KYZON Flow opens to the Team Files interface by default. You can switch to My Files at any time by clicking the corresponding option in the left sidebar.

Upload Files and Folders

To upload content, click the Upload button on the top left, then choose either Upload Folders or Upload Files. You can then select the files or folders you want to upload.

The files or folders will be uploaded to the location you have currently selected (whichever selected folder in My Files in this example).

Create New Files and Folders

To create new content, you can either click the Create button on the top right or simply right click anywhere empty in the file storage interface, then choose from the available options and follow the prompt to name the new file or folder.

Right clicking inside the file storage interface:

Clicking the Create button:

After following the prompt, new files will automatically open in a new tab, and both new files and new folders will be placed to the location you have currently selected (whichever folder in either My Files or Team Files).
