To schedule KYZON Space meetings from Google calendar, you first need to add KYZON Space as an add-on to your Google Calendar
Connecting KYZON Space to Google Calendar
If you have multiple Google accounts signed in, please either log out of all your accounts and only log into the Google account you want to connect KYZON Space to, or simply open an incognito page and sign into the Google account you wish to connect KYZON Space to. If you are signed into multiple accounts you will see this error.
Once you are signed into your Google account and opened up your Google Calendar page, select the '+' button to open the Google Workspace Marketplace to add your add-ons. Then search for KYZON Space.
Once you have found the KYZON Space add-on, select install to add it to your Google Calendar. You will be prompted to select the Google account to add the KYZON Space add-on and grant it permissions to create and schedule meetings.
Once the add-on is installed, it will appear above the '+' button where you added the KYZON Space add-on. Select the KYZON Space for Google Calendar add-on and log into your KYZON account to get started.
Scheduling meetings with KYZON Space in Google Calendar
You can schedule your meetings as you normally would in Google Calendar. You will now see the option under the 'v' in the 'add video conferencing' options to use KYZON Space as an add-on instead of Google Meets. Simply select KYZON Space and your meetings will be scheduled and run using KYZON Space instead.
KYZON Flow Calendar to Google Calendar
Please note that meetings scheduled through KYZON Space or KYZON Flow will not show up in your Google Calendar unless you invite your Google account as a participant.
Recurring meetings in Google Calendar
Please note that recurring meetings scheduled through Google Calendar will show up in Google Calendar but not in your KYZON Flow Calendar. The meetings that are scheduled to be recurring in Google Calendar will also have the same meeting space ID and password at this stage.
