How to share your documents from KYZON Flow

Sharing documents from KYZON Flow is simple as the application is automatically connected to your KYZON Space meetings.

Show documents

Simply select the 'Show documents' button in the bottom right corner of your Space meeting to open up the documents pane.

Sign in access your KYZON Flow files

If you aren't already signed in after joining the Space meeting, sign in to access your Flow files.

After signing in, use the '>' or double clicking KYZON Flow to see your files and folders.

Sharing a file from KYZON Flow

When you have found the document you want to share with everyone in the space, share through the action menu or by double clicking the document.

  1. While hovering over the document you want to share with everyone in your space, select 'Share document to space' from the action menu.

  2. You can also double click the document you want to share and then click the 'Share now' button to share the document for editing with everyone in your space.

Editing documents after sharing from KYZON Flow

Documents shared from KYZON Flow will open in our custom KYZON Office editors. Currently only Word, Excel and PowerPoint type documents are supported for editing.

All changes and progress made on these documents will be saved to the document on KYZON Flow automatically.


Creating documents from KYZON Flow

You can create new documents to share, that are then automatically saved to your KYZON Flow drive.

Simply select the 'New file +' button in the Cloud files section of the Documents. You can then choose whether to create a Word, Excel or PowerPoint document to share.
