Sharing documents from Microsoft OneDrive requires first signing into your OneDrive account and connecting OneDrive to the KYZON Space meeting. This process is simple and can be done without leaving the meeting.
Connecting OneDrive
Show documents
Simply select the 'Show documents' button in the bottom right corner of your Space meeting to open up the documents pane.
Sign in to connect OneDrive
OneDrive requires you to go through the connection process twice to successfully connect for sharing in KYZON Space.
Select the 'Connect (1 of 2)' button next to OneDrive to open the sign in pop up. If you don't see a pop up, please enable pop ups for your browser.
Select the 'Connect (2 of 2)' button next to OneDrive to open the sign in pop up. If you don't see a pop up, please enable pop ups for your browser.
Fill in your OneDrive account details and allow the KYZON Space permissions to complete the sign in and connect OneDrive.

Sharing from OneDrive
Navigating OneDrive within KYZON Space
After signing in, use the '>' or double clicking OneDrive to see your files and folders. The OneDrive file selector will open as a pop up.
Sharing a file from OneDrive
When you have found the document you want to share with everyone in the space, share by clicking the 'Select' button.
After selecting the document you want to share with everyone in your space, click the 'Select' button to share.
Select the 'Share now' to share the document for editing with everyone in your space.
Editing documents after sharing from OneDrive
Documents shared from OneDrive will open in our custom KYZON Office editors. Currently only Word, Excel and PowerPoint type documents are supported for editing.
All changes and progress made on these documents will be saved to the document on OneDrive automatically.
Creating documents from OneDrive
You can create new documents to share, that are then automatically saved to your OneDrive.
Simply select the 'New file +' button in the Cloud files section of the Documents. You can then choose whether to create a Word, Excel or PowerPoint document to share.
